Help with a booking
We do not take reservations or hold your booking details. For a date change, cancellation, refund or meeting-point question, contact the provider shown on your confirmation.
If you booked through Viator, use Viator’s Help Centre or the contact details in your booking. If you booked directly with an operator, contact that operator.
Suppliers and content enquiries
Tell us the tour name, the exact booking option and the source of the corrected information. Inclusion depends on the published route and our review criteria; an enquiry does not guarantee a listing or a particular position.
